Gorilla trekking is an adventurous activity that requires a moderate level of physical fitness. Treks can last 2 to 6 hours, depending on the gorilla family's location, and often involve hiking through dense forests, steep slopes, and muddy terrain at elevations between 2,400 and 4,000 meters.
